摘要
研制和开发了采用液气联合驱动、径向夹紧的棒料高速剪切机液压系统,介绍了液压大系统建模理论与方法。应用液压大系统建模方法建立了数学模型,构建了仿真模型,对棒料高速剪切机液压系统动态特性进行了建模与仿真研究。实践表明:采用液气联合驱动、径向夹紧的棒料高速剪切机,生产效率高,棒料剪切断面质量得到显著提高。仿真结果表明:液压系统具有良好的动态特性,液压大系统建模方法与理论可广泛应用于液压系统动态特性分析。
A new high speed hydraulic-pneumatic bar cutting machine with the radical direction clamps has been researched and developed. The large-scale hydraulic system modeling method has been introduced. By means of the large-scale hydraulic system method,mathematic model has been established. The simulation model was also constructed.The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system in high speed bar cutting machine have been researched.Practice has shown high production efficiency effectively improved quality of cross section by this machine. The simulation resulted in that the hydraulic system possessed better dynamic characteristics and the Large-scale hydraulic system method may be widely used for hydraulic system analysis.
