摘要
根据冲压课程教学中的拉深网格实验,采用板料成形数值模拟软件Dynaform对圆筒形零件拉深工艺过程进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与理论压边力和物理实验结果进行了比较。验证了数值模拟结果与拉深网格物理实验的一致性,同时也验证了Dynaform板料成形模拟计算结果具有很高的可靠性,在实践中是可以应用的。
According to the gridding test of drawing in the teaching of stamping,by sheet metal forming simulation software Dynaform,the whole drawing process of cylinder parts has been simulated.By comparison of the simulated blankholding force with the theoretic calculated result and practical test result,the simulated blankholding force has been proved to be in accordance with the practical test result while the simulated result of Dynaform to be with high reliability to be applied to practical design.
