摘要
半固态成形工艺具有能耗低、制件性能好、可以实现近净成形等特点,近年来倍受人们关注。本文综述了半固态成形工艺在金属及金属基复合材料成形中的应用及其数值模拟技术的研究进展,并对其今后的发展研究方向进行了展望。
The semi-solid forming process(SSF) has been widely concerned in recent years because of its many obvious advantages such as low energy consumption,excellent mechanical properties for workpieces and the characteristic of near net shape.A review is presented of the application of the SSF in forming metals and metal matrix composites.Discussion is made on the latest development and key techniques of numerical simulation.And the future research emphasis and tendency are pointed out.
