摘要
以丁基橡胶作为基体,采用不同改性剂改性的纳米空心纤维,通过原位改性技术制备丁基橡胶/纳米空心纤维混炼胶。用SEM观察试样组织结构的变化,并用RPA研究改性后橡胶的Payne效应。根据抽提实验数据计算BR值。结果表明,不同的改性剂对HFS在IIR/HFS混炼胶中的分散性及最终获得的IIR/HFS混炼胶的性能影响较大,而不同分子量的IIR对HFS在其中的分散性也有用一定的影响。
According to original position modify-decentralization technology,IIR/HFS was produced by butyl(IIR) of the different molecular weight and metasilicate nanometer hollow fiber(HFS) modified by the different modifying agent.In the experiment,the microstrcture and the section of samples was detected by TEM/SEM,Payne effect was researched by RPA;in terms of data of the extractive test,the value of BR is computed.The results showed the different modifying agent had effected on the HFS property of decentralization and the feature of final production in the IIR/HFS.The different molecular weight was able to effect the HFS prosperty of decentralization in the IIR/HFS,too.
