摘要 采用双辊法和双带法制备的快速凝固带材,存在着较大的横向厚差。本工作采用单辊辊面为冷却介面,研究控制快速凝固带材的横向厚差的方法。研究表明,控制浇注方式与喷嘴形式,以及冷却辊速度,可以控制熔融金属的横向流动,从而控制快速凝固带材的横向厚差。 In the twin cooling-strip and twin roll rapid solidification method,the metal strip has lateral thick difference.To control the lateral thick difference of rapid solidification strip,the single-roll cooling interface is applied.It is indicated that in order to restrain melt lateral flow and control the lateral thick difference of rapid solidification strip,improved pouring system,nozzle and special cooling roll velocity is used.
