摘要 以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了TiO2溶胶,并用浸渍提拉法在陶瓷基体上负载了TiO2薄膜。探讨了前躯体浓度和热处理方式对TiO2薄膜性能的影响。此外,通过XRD表征,检测了TiO2的晶体结构。结果表明:500℃下煅烧的TiO2薄膜为锐钛型结构;随着前驱体浓度的增大,薄膜的亲水性能变化不大,光降解性能逐渐提高;陶瓷片每负载一层TiO2薄膜后煅烧一次,薄膜的附着力提高。 TiO_2 sol was prepared by sol-gel progress with butyl titanate as precursor,and TiO_2 film was prepared on the ceramic by dipping-raise method.The effects of the precursor's concentration and the heat treatment on the properties of TiO_2 film were studied.And the crystal type of TiO_2 was characterized by XRD.The results showed that the crystal type of TiO_2 calcined under 500℃ was anatase.The effect of the precursor's concentration on the film's hydrophilicity was neglectable,but the effect on the film's photodegradation performance was obvious.The adhesion of the film was enhanced when every one layer of TiO_2 film was coated and then calcined.
