摘要 研究了薄壁铝合金铸件真空吸铸充型速度对其内部质量的影响,对一种200mm×180mm,壁厚为2.6mm的薄壁铸件,分别采用25mm/s,40mm/s和先用25mm/s充型6s,再用40mm/s三种充型速度,用X射线检测铸件的内部质量。结果表明,充型速度为25mm/s时,铸件内部气泡、夹杂缺陷很少,但铸件未成形;充型速度为40mm/s时,铸件成形完整,但内部气泡、夹杂缺陷多;采用先慢后快的充型速度时,铸件成形完整,且铸件内部缺陷很少。 A Thin wall intricate aluminium alloy housing was casted with vacuum suction,and the casting was poured with three different filling velocities: 25mm/s,40mm/s and 25mm/s fill 6 seconds,then 40mm/s,X-ray was used to detect the mentallurgical quality of these castings.The result indicats that there are few blowholes,inclusions except misrun in the casting with the filling velocity of 25mm/s,and the casting was formed with some blowholes、inclusions with the filling velocity of 40mm/s,while the casting was formed with few defects with the velocity varied from 25mm/s to 40mm/s.
