摘要
针对电阻点焊过程非线性、多变量耦合和存在随机不确定因素的特点,提出了用正交实验法优选汽车用钢板电阻点焊工艺参数,用较少的实验次数得到尽可能多的实验结果。通过分析各因素对电阻点焊质量的影响,可以方便地得到汽车用钢板电阻点焊的最佳工艺参数。
For the nonlinearity,multi-parameter coupling and existing random factors in the spot welding process of automobile steel plate,the orthogonal experiment method is employed to select welding parameters optimally.With this method,the least number of experiments could provide experimental results as much as possible.By analyzing the effect of each factor on the welding quality,the optimal spot welding parameters of automobile steel plate can be selected easily.
