摘要 Jagged 1与Delta1是Notch信号通路中的两个配体,近来研究表明,它们能影响树突状细胞的分化和成熟,并通过树突状细胞等抗原提呈细胞介导T辅助细胞的不同分化,可能为免疫性疾病的临床治疗提供新的药物靶点。 Jagged 1 and Delta 1 are two ligands from Notch receptors in vertebrates.Recently,many researches indicate that they may affect differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells,and induce differentiation of T-helper cells via antigen presenting cells such as dendritic cells.It supplies a new medical target for clinic therapy to immunity diseases.
