摘要
利用低能离子注入,对阿魏菇菌丝体细胞采用在15Kev的注入能量下注入不同的剂量,经斜面培养,液体发酵后,通过初筛、复筛后,确定了最佳注入剂量:9×1014N+/cm2。并筛选出一株多糖高产菌株GC-1。其多糖含量较对照提高了35%。
Low-energy ion implantation is utilized in this research.The different implantation dosage was used to inject into cell of the asafoetida mushroom.Trained by the solid and the liquid ferments,after the repeated implantation and filter,we got the best implantation dosage: 9×10^(14)N^+/cm^2.The strain GC-1 was screened out according to the yield of extracellular polysaccharide.The amount of polysaccharide is increased by 35% compared to that of strain without ion implantation.
