质量性状和数量性状含义的辨析

Analysis of definitions about qualitative and quantitative trait

植物或动物的性状一般分为质量性状和数量性状,而实际上,许多性状并不是绝对的质量性状或数量性状,而是同时受到一个或少数几个主基因和或数量性状多基因的控制。因此,在遗传学教学中,有必要对此类性状进行分析。为加深学生对此类性状的遗传及这两个概念的理解,通过性状次数分布图分析,结合最新的遗传学研究成果,对之进行了分析和讨论。

Characters of plants and animals are generally classified into qualitative trait or quantitative trait.(However),most of them are not absolutly qualitative trait(QLT) or quantitative trait(QTT),but also are controlled by one or a few major genes,and/or quantitative trait loci(QTLs).Therefore,it is necessary to analyze this type of trait in teaching genetics.In order to understand the inheritance of this type of trait and definitions of QLT and QTT,corresponding analysis and discussion were performed based on frequency distribution figures of traits and new research results of genetics.
