摘要
采用荧光定量PCR技术对实验动物家兔血液及精液感染弓形虫DNA检测实验及动态变化研究,阐明了弓形虫感染的发展和转归机理,为了解弓形虫与宿主动态关系,弓形虫经血液、精液传播提供理论依据。对性传播疾病、特别是艾滋病的预防提供重要参考价值。
To illuminate development and turnover mechanism about Toxoplasma infection,the fluorescent quantiation and PCR was adopted to detect DNA and dynamic state of blood and ejacuate of experimental animal infected Toxoplasma.This study can be considered as reference data for disclosing that Toxoplasma infected by blood and ejaculate,(understanding) of the dynamic state relationship between Toxoplasma and host,and providing important reference value to prevent sexually transmitted disease,especially AIDS.
