低分子量肝素钠的制备与临床应用

Progress in preparation and clinical applications of low molecular weight heparin

低分子肝素有抗凝血、抗血栓、调血脂、抗肿瘤等作用,与普通肝素相比具有皮下注射吸收好、半衰期长、生物利用率高,与血浆、血小板亲和力小、出血副作用少等优点。对低分子肝素的制备、质量检测和临床应用的研究进展进行了综述。

Low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) posseses a lot of physiologic activity,including anticoagulatlon,resistance to thrombus formation and cancer,regulation of blood ester.As compared with unfractionated heparin,it has advantages such as better absorption by subcutaneous injection,longer half life,higher utilization,lower affinity to plasm and blood platelet,less hemorrhage.The progres about preparation methods,quality assay and clinical application of LMWH are introduced and reviewed.
