摘要
低氧诱导因子-1是调节氧稳态的核转录因子。在缺氧条件下它与相应的靶基因相结合,通过转录及转录后的调控,使机体对缺氧、缺血产生适应,是近年来低氧适应研究的关注焦点。由α和β亚基组成异二聚体,其中α亚基受低氧调节。现就低氧诱导因子-1的低氧调节机制及其低氧信号转导通路作一综述。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)is a transcription factor involved in homeostasis of oxygen concentration.Combining with target gene,HIF-1 can respond to hypoxia and ischemia via transcription and regulation,and it becomes one of the hypoxia research focus in recent years.HIF-1 is composed of two subunits,HIF-1α and HIF-1β.HIF-α subunits are directly controlled by the oxygen concentration.Here we reviewed the hypoxia regulation and signal transduction of HIF-1.
