基于多体动力学乘员约束系统的模拟研究

摘要 为了研究在汽车二次碰撞过程中人体的响应特性,以某车型作为研究对象,运用MADYMO软件进行了乘员约束系统的动力学仿真模拟研究。计算结果与该车型的实车100%覆盖率的刚性固定壁障碰撞(车速为48km/h)试验结果基本一致,验证了模型计算的可行性与正确性。模拟结果表明,假人在整个碰撞过程中的运动均受到较好的控制,其运动主要发生在汽车行进方向;假人自始至终均保持在车舱内,身体所有部位都没有运动到车外;头部与车身内部的坚硬表面也未发生碰撞,该车型具有良好的乘员保护性能。 In order to study the human body response in the secondary impact of a vehicle,taking a chery vehicle as a study oloject,the dynamics simulation was conducted for the occupant constraint system by using the MADYMO software,the simulation result shows that the dummy is well protected during the whole impact test,keeping the body in the inside compartment of vehicle without the phenomenon of moving the body outside of vehicle.The numerical simulation result is bosically the same as that of actual test and verifies the feasibility and correctness of model computation and the vehicle has a better occupant protection ability.
