摘要
利用离心风机、谷物冷却机及浅圆仓机械通风系统,采用2台离心风机和2台GLA80型谷物冷却机对浅圆仓水分偏高且水分极不均匀的玉米(水分范围在14.1%~14.9%,平均14.4%)进行先机械通风降温,后谷冷降水作业.经处理后,整仓粮食平均温度为9.3℃,平均水分由14.4%下降为14.0%,达到了预期目的.
Make use of centrifugal blower,grain cooling machine and mechanical aeration system used in squat silo,2 centrifugal blowers were used to reduce temperature,then 2 GLA80 grain cooling machine were used to reduce moisture of corn with high moisture content and uneven moisture(14.1-14.9%).After treatment,grain average temperature was 9.3℃,average moisture content descend from 14.4% to 14.0%,it has achieved anticipant purpose.
