摘要
介绍一种小型粮食烘干机的原理和结构,对其烘干稻谷的性能进行了分析。结果表明,在高温高湿条件下,SRR-1粮食烘干机经过大约100 h的连续烘干作业,可将1 t高水分稻谷从29%降至14%左右,降水能力约为2.1 kg/h。稻谷烘后品质良好,降水均匀。该型号烘干机具有投资小,运行费用低,操作简单,维修方便的特点,适合农村小规模种粮农户的粮食烘干作业。
The structure of a small-scale grain dryer(SRR-1) were intradicced,and its performance for paddy drying was analysed.Under condition of high temperature and humidity weather,the moisture content of 1 ton paddy could be reduced from 29% to 14% after drying for near 100 hours.The effect of reducing moisture is about 2.1 kg/h.The quality of dried paddy was good grain dryer is suitable for farmers with characteristics of low expense,easy to operate and maintain.
