摘要
橡胶材料配方、生产工艺、橡胶支座的设计应力和安装质量等因素,对橡胶支座的力学性能和耐久性能影响很大。近几年来,在橡胶支座中混用再生橡胶的现象尤为突出。有的支座安装不到一年尚未通车,橡胶层就出现开裂等问题。文中通过图像处理技术,研究介绍了板式橡胶支座内部橡胶层变形的分布情况。根据力学理论,说明了橡胶支座内损伤的萌生机理,针对板式橡胶支座过早劣化的各因素进行了系统分析并提出了防治措施。
Multilayer steel plate elastometric bearings have been applied in the bridge engineering and construction engineering to reduce the earthquake device extensively,which usually making of some thin steel plates as reinforced layer. This paper introduces the stress distributions and stress concentrations and premature failure models(physical aging,local damage,yielding) of a laminated elastomeric bearing subjected to vertical loads is discussed.Failure models of a laminated elastomeric bearing were derived using both strength and energy release rate methods.The model captured all the essential features of the energy release rate,including the effects of internal stresses and of friction at the interface.According to tear energy theories got the relation between the laminated elastomeric bearing fatigue limit stress(σ_T) and the shape factor,put forward the suggestion for the laminated elastomeric bearing design stress value.According to physical aging of the adhesive got the control measure.
