摘要
ERP系统的本质是将先进的管理思想"知识转移"到企业的管理流程和信息化建设中,"知识转移"主要是通过培训来完成的。企业在ERP项目培训中应建立有效的培训体系,坚持充分、长期、有效的培训,关注ERP实施阶段与培训的重点,明确培训对象与培训内容的匹配关系,加强复合型人才的培训。
The essence of ERP system is to transform the knowledge of advanced management thought to the management procedure and information construction of enterprise,and the transformation of knowledge is mainly through training.In the training of ERP programme,enterprise should build effective training system,persist in sufficent,long-term and effective training,pay attention to the important points of implementation phase and training of ERP,clarify the matching relationship between training objects and training contents,etc.
