我国加入WTO以后,汽车行业飞速发展,传统的教学组织模式已不能满足企业对技术人才的要求。模块化和一体化的教学组织形式,能最大程度地提高毕业生的操作能力和可持续发展能力,体现企业所需要的现代师徒关系,又超越了现代师徒关系。模块化和一体化教学模式也对现行的教学组织模式和教学资源提出新的要求。

After enterring into WTO,the vehicle industry is developing quickly,and traditional teaching organization can′t meet enterprise′s demand for technical talents.The modularized and integrated teaching organization mode can enhance graduates′ operational abilities and sustainable development abilities in big degree,embody as well as surpass modern relationship between teacher and apprentice which enterprise demand.Modularized and integrated teaching model also put forward new demand for present teaching organization model and teaching resources.
