摘要
"订单"教育模式下,教学组织工作应做到专业设置市场化、师资队伍"双师"化、课程建设合作化、课程结构模块化、教学方法多样化、教学组织形式灵活化、考核方法多元化。教学体系的建立应正确处理定向性与适应性的关系,协调好一般技能与核心技能的关系。
Under orderring-form educational model,the work of teaching organization should achieve the marketalization of specialty setup,dual-qualification teaching staff,cooperative curriculum construction,modularization of curriculum structure,diversification of teaching method,flexibility of teaching organization mode and plurality of examination method.The constructin of teaching system should rationally dispose the relationship between orientation and adaptability,harmonize the relationship between general skills and core skills.
