学生法纪意识状况的调查与思考

Investigation and Thinking on Students′ Consciousness of Law and Discipline

为了解学生的法纪意识状况,探索青少年的法纪教育途径与方法,选择9项有关法纪意识的调查项目,对1541名学生进行调查分析。结果显示:学生法律知识缺乏,法制观念淡薄,有时会产生过激行为,甚至做出违法违纪的事情。根据调查结果,对加强学生法制教育、提高学生法律意识、增强学生的法制观念提出建议和措施。

In order to know the status of students′ consciousness of law and discipline,and explore the way and methods of law and discipline education of teenagers,the author investigated 1541 students by 9 items on consciousness of law and discipline.The results show that,students lack concept and knowledge of legality,and even break the law and discipline sometimes.According to the results,the author put forward the measures of strengthening students′ legal education,improving students′ legal consciousness and increasing their legal sense.
