Discussion on the Modularization of Psychological Consulting Work in Vocational Schools

以苏州旅游与财经高职校为例,建立职校心理咨询工作模式。主要包括五大板块:宣传模块——建立广泛的心理健康知识宣传网络;教学模块——通过教学提高学生心理素质;干预模块——通过心理干预解决学生心理问题,活动模块——利用对活动的参与体验来感受心理的成长;发展模块——通过对教师素质的提高和咨询内容的不断丰富来完善心理服务。

Taking Suzhou higher vocational school of tourism and finance as the example,the establishment of psychological counselling pattern in vocational schools includes five main modules:propaganda module-establishing extensive propaganda network for mental health knowledge;teaching module-improving students′ psychological qualities through teaching;intervention module-solving students′ psychological problems by psychological intervention;activity module-experiencing psychological growth by pavticipating in activities;development module-perfecting psychological services through improving of quality of teachers and enriching the counselling content.
