论大学生就业难与高等教育发展的关系

Discussion on the Relationship between Employment Difficulties and Higher Education Development

不能把大学生就业与高等教育的发展对立起来,解决就业问题的真正出路恰恰是发展高等教育。大学生就业不仅仅是教育部门的事情,更需要全社会的关注,要引入市场机制,加强政府宏观调控,提供制度和政策服务,建立大学生创业机制,而大学生应正确定位,实现由"精英式就业"向"大众化就业"转变。

It is the wrong view that there is a conflict between employment of undergraduates and higher education development,and effective solution for solving the problem of employment is just the development of higher education.The employment of undergraduates isn′t only the task of educational sector,but need attention from the whole society.The government should introduce market mechanism,strengthen macroscopical adjustment,provide system and policy service,construct enterprising mechanism for undergraduates,etc.
