摘要
传统的大学教师管理在很大程度上可以说是控制性管理,把教师当"教学机器"看,是"重管轻理、重控制轻服务"的物本化管理,严重影响大学的内涵发展。正确的大学教师管理,应该把教师当"发展性个体"看,强化服务,弱化控制,充分关照教师的个体发展需要与心理需要,实行人性化管理。
In big degree,traditional management of higher education teachers is a kind of control management,which take teachers as the 'teaching machine',and seriously influence the connotation development of higher education institutions by the materials-based management of 'emphasizing on management and ingoring to caring,emphasizing on controlling and despising serving'.the right management of higher education teachers should take teachers as the developing personal,strengthen service,weaken manipulation,etc.
