通过加强职业学校文化建设来构建特色型的职业道德教育体系,是一种全新的思考。在构建职校特色型职业道德教育的实践中,从表层文化抓起,以"德育双基实训周"制度为载体,增强学生的职业道德;以社区教育为载体,倡导以爱岗敬业等为主要内容的职业道德;以学生社团为载体,促进职校文化建设;以创业教育为载体,为学生今后就业和创业夯实基础。

The construction of characteristic professional morality education system in vocational schools through strengthening cultural construction is a completely new thread.In the construction practice of characteristic professional morality education,school should start from the surface layer culture,take the system of 'dual-basis practice training weeks of moral education'as the carrier to enhance students′ professional morality;take community education as the carrier to advocate the professional morality which include the main contents such as devoting in works and respecting one′s cause;take students′ communities as the carrier to foster the construction of vocational school culture,etc.
