摘要
从宏观角度看,研究和践行素质教育必须解决三个认识问题:一是关于素质教育的内涵和品质问题,二是素质教育应以德育为核心的问题,三是关于启动素质教育的问题。
From the macroscopical view,the study and practice of quality-oriented education must solve three cognitive problems:firstly,problem on the connotation and character of quality-oriented education;secondly,the problem that quality-oriented education should take moral education as the core;thirdly,the startup of quality-oriented education.
