The Taizhou CBD detailed plan try to inherit the essencial idea of the conceptual plan in this phase. By optimizing the existed spacial order, studying the development scale of the CBD, refining the funciton structure, integrating the surface transportation system, deepening the layout of green space and underground space., and finally formulating practical design guidelines, this detailed plan of the CBD makes the creative idea of conceptual plan to be realizable in the real world.
