浅谈南京市居住建筑节能设计

Housing Energy Saving Design in Nanjing

随着国家相关文件、政策法规的相继出台以及江苏省节能设计标准的实施,南京市的建筑节能设计工作已全面展开。本文从建筑节能的必要性出发,总结了建筑节能设计的主要内容,指出了南京市居住建筑节能设计中存在的问题,并提出了几点建议和看法。

With the coming on of central government's correlative files, policies, laws and regulations one after another, and the actualizing of energy saving design standard of Jiangsu province, the job of building energy saving design have got a comprehensive perform in Nanjing. Authors begin this paper with the necessity of building energy saving, then summarize the major content of building energy saving design, and then point out the problems existed in energy saving design of Nanjing residential building, at last put forward some ideas and advices on it.
