摘要
本文通过福州八一七路茶亭街段规划,介绍了该项目(非历史文化地段)中城市土地集约开发的主要规划设计思路,构建出在特定条件下一种新的城市开发建设模式,并分析了其中的经济理念,为当今建设节约型城市利用提供借鉴。
Combining the urban design for the redevelopment of FUZHOU City axis,this paper introduced the main idea of the compact development mode using in this project, non-historical area,and created a new urban development mode under certain condition. Then the author explored its economic concept so on to offer some inspiration to the others.
