冠心宁注射液治疗老年不稳定心绞痛30例被引量：3

摘要目的了解冠心宁注射液对老年不稳定心绞痛的治疗效果.方法老年不稳定心绞痛患者60例随机分为两组各30例.两组均给予硝酸异山梨酯片5～10 mg,tid,阿司匹林片75～100mg,qd.治疗组给予冠心宁注射液+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉滴注qd;对照组给硝酸甘油注射液10 mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉滴注,qd;均15 d为一个疗程.疗程结束后继续口服硝酸异山梨酯片和阿司匹林等药.对两组临床症状和心电图的变化及副作用对比观察.结果治疗期间两组心绞痛发作次数均显著减少(P＜0.05),与对照组比较疗效相当(P＞0.05);但停药后15d内治疗组心绞痛发作次数较对照组明显少,且治疗期间不良反应较对照组明显少.结论冠心宁注射液是治疗老年不稳定心绞痛有效安全的药物.
