小型水电站普遍存在的几个问题及解决方法

Problems usually seen in small-scale HPPs and solutions

针对小水电站与变电站并网,变电站与电站联接的断路器跳闸,电站处在脱网运行情况下,向沿途负荷供电,以及电站与变电站联网断路器跳闸的保护问题,结合实践经验,总结介绍在多座小水电站已经采用过,且效果较好的解决这些问题的具体方法。

An introduction was made on the problems usually seen in small-scale hydropower plants such as synchronization of HPP with substation,tripping of circuit breaker(CB) connecting HPP to substation,HPP supplying power to loads on the way when it is in off-network operation,protection of synchronizing CB trip failure.Combined with practice experience,the authors summarize and introduce the solutions for these problems which had been applied in many small-scale HPPs rendering fairly good effect.
