On Constructing Long-run Effective System of Advanced Education by Applying the Four Functions of Management

建立健全使广大党员长期受教育、永葆先进性的长效机制,是当前各级党组织需要在理论上不断深化认识,在实践中不断探索创新的一个新课题。可以尝试运用管理学中的四大职能,即计划、组织、领导、控制,来构建先进性教育的长效机制。

It's a new subject for the party organizations at different levels to construct a long-run effective system to strengthen the cognition in theory and explore and innovate continuously in practice.In this system,the members of CCP can be educated to keep advanced in the long term.In this paper,after analyzing the importance of the system,the author proposes to set up a long-run effective system by applying the four functions of management,namely,planning,organization,leading and controlling.
