落实教代会四项职权,是高校民主管理、民主监督的具体体现。要真正保证教代会四项职权的落实,提高教代会工作质量,必须党委重视,行政支持,尊重教代会职权;搞好调研,选准议题上会,搭建行使职权平台;选好代表,强化意识,提高参政能力;规范程序,不走过场,充分行使职权;抓好贯彻,认真落实会议精神。

It reflects democratic management and supervision in universities and colleges to exercise four functions and powers of the teacher's congress.Four functions and powers can be seriously put into effect to improve the quality of the congress on condition that the Party Committee take it seriously and administrative departments support it and respect the functions and powers of the teacher's congress,and they need to make a good navigation and research,choose the right topics for the discussion,set up a stage to implement the functions and powers,choose the right representatives,strengthen their awareness to enhance the abilities of participating in administrative affairs,try to standardize the procedure and avoid going through the motions so as to make great efforts to put the functions and powers into effect.
