学习型组织测量研究综述

A Summary of Measurement Tools for Learning Organizations

摘要 学习型组织的界定和解释有多种方式和途径,关于学习型组织测量的研究却很少。学习型组织测量工具主要包括学习型公司问卷、完整的学习型组织标杆、学习型环境调查问卷等九种。从量表的特征和量表的优劣点出发,分析、比较学习型组织测量工具,对完善学习型组织有现实意义。 Learning organizations have been defined and described in almost countless different ways,but very seldom measured or diagnosed.This article describes,analyzes and compares the measurement tools for learning organization,which has great significance in perfect learning organization.
