高校后进学生的成因及教育转化工作研究

On Cause of Backward Students and the Educational Transformation in Colleges

做好高校后进学生的教育转化工作,对学校和社会都有着重要的意义。通过问卷调查,分析后可以看出,后进学生的形成主要是因为他们在学习方面缺少动力和压力,教风不正、教学条件跟不上、环境的不良影响以及学生工作不到位也是重要的因素。要做好后进生的教育转化工作,可以通过加强思想政治教育、狠抓教风、做实学生工作、创造良好的氛围、争取家长的支持等方法来实施。

It is significant for schools and society to do well in transforming backward students' in colleges and universities.According to the questionnaire,the author thinks that the main cause of the backward students is that they lack proper motivation and pressure in their studies.In addition,bad atmosphere of teaching,poor educational conditions,bad effect of surroundings and inadequate wok for students are also the important factors.By researching,the author offers some effective ways to improve the work of transforming backward students' in the way of education,such as enhancing the education of political thinking,promoting vigorously the atmosphere of teaching,carrying out educational transformation carefully for students,creating better atmosphere,and gaining the support from the parents,etc..
