摘要
在我国,法律职业与法学教育的脱节、法学教育的不统一已成为阻碍法学教育发展的突出问题。为此,我们必须从校内外两个方面着手进行改革。所谓校内的改革是指确认法学教育的职业导向、提高办学层次、设置合理的教学内容、改进教学方法。而校外的改革,其一是理顺行政主管部门与高校的关系,促进高校自治;其二是加强行业组织对高校法学教育的影响。
Law education has a deep effect on legal profession.The law education in China should be comprehensive,including cultural knowledge skill and morals.Solving the problem of disconnection between law education and legal profession is of great significance.Therefore,besides arranging appropriate courses to enhance skill training by suitable teaching methods,we should dispose the relationship between public management and academic autonomy reasonably.Improving the influence of professional organizations such as ABA and AALS is also important.
