摘要 针对PO7D频标比对器存在独占性和程控性差的特点,结合晶体技术指标的检测方法和PO7D自身的优点设计了一个晶体频率自动测量系统,解决PO7D的独占性,增强其程控功能。具体实现是通过调整测量命令的执行方式,控制PO7D对被检晶体的信号和参考信号的比对,将测量所得的频率差值数据,再根据规范计算出晶振的相关技术指标。 The crystal frequency measurement is an important part of the crystal parameter measurement. According to the standard specification the crystal measurement consists of 6 technical performances of stability, accuracy, age rage, boot-strap character; replicability and day fluctuation. The PO7D has some defects such as exclusion and inflexible remote control. Combined the measurement method of the crystal performances with the excellence of the PO7D itself a crystal frequency measurement system is implemented. It solves the PO7D exclusion and enhanced the function of the remote control. Concretely adapting to the execution mode of the measurement command the system can control the PO7D to implement the comparison between the input signal of the measured crystal and the reference signal. And the frequency difference data can be used to compute the technique-index of the crystal.
