Construction mechanism of knowledge supply chain organization model

从生态系统视角提出知识供应链定义,分析其组织模式形成内在机理。运用生物发酵过程对比分析知识供应链中群落整体的知识形成;运用神经网络对比分析知识供应链中群落个体之间的知识互动;运用生物基因变异过程对比分析知识供应链中组织内部的知识创新,从而形成从宏观到中观、再到微观的研究思路。该构建机理分析对于后续从宏观、中观、微观应用层面进行知识组织过程研究、产学研结构运作机制研究和组织内知识创新动态研究将起到理论上的指导作用。

This paper gave the definition of knowledge supply chain,and analyzed the forming mechanism of it organization model from the view of the biogeocenose system.Using the process of biologic ferment,this paper compared and analyzed the forming mechanism of knowledge about the whole community.Using the neural network,this paper compared and analyzed the knowledge interaction between the individuals of the community.Using the process of the variations of biologic genes,this paper compared and analyzed the knowledge innovation inside the organization,which forms the research thoughts from the microscopical layer to the medium layer,and then to the microcosmic layer.The analysis of its construction mechanism will be directive in theory to the application researches,which include the knowledge organization process from the microscopical layer,the structure operation of enterprises,universities,and institutes from the medium layer,and the knowledge innovation inside the organization from the microcosmic layer.
