摘要
知识管理是近年来理论界关注的新课题,在日趋复杂的管理变革中,知识管理、信息技术(IT)的应用,企业的发展战略和内部环境如何影响企业创新能力是需要深入探讨的课题。该文以资源学派理论为依托,提出创新影响要素的实证研究模型和各项概念的测量指标,利用结构方程和线性回归模型,验证了知识管理水平是影响企业创新能力的主要因素;组织内部环境和IT应用通过知识管理水平间接地对企业创新能力产生影响;未来性战略对创新能力的提升有较强的正面影响等结论。
Knowledge management is an important topic for both researchers and practitioners.In a more complicated business environment,it is quite essential to explore the relations among information technology(IT) applications,organization's internal structure/culture,strategies,knowledge management,and the enterprise's innovation capabilities.This paper,based on the resource theory,proposed a conceptual model to investigate the potential relations.From data collected from 126 Chinese companies,this study finds that: 1) IT applications and organization's internal structure/culture have an indirect impact on a firm's innovation capability;2) knowledge management is the key factor that affects the enterprise innovation capability;3) A firm adopting future oriented strategies has stronger innovation capability than firms with defensive strategies.
