中国知识型组织核心能力的影响因素 被引量:3

Factors effecting core competency of knowledge organization in China

摘要 在知识能力(know ledge com petency,KC)模型框架下分析了中国知识型组织核心能力的影响因素,对于有意采用知识管理提升竞争力的组织具有现实的指导意义。阐述了知识能力模型以及其中包含的3个主要构成部分:信息能力(in form ation com petency)、个人能力(peop le com petency)、组织能力(structure com petency)以及三者对知识能力的影响作用机制。以经济学中广泛使用的投入产出模型对知识能力建模,同时采用实证分析的方法对理论研究的假设进行验证,研究结论可为知识型组织在信息化建设与员工培养、组织架构建设的平衡问题提供参考。 This paper presents an analysis of factors effecting core competency of knowledge organizations based on the knowledge competency(KC) model.The KC model and its three competencies,information competency,people competency,and structure competency were described.Quantitative method was used.The conclusion of this research helps knowledge organizations to understand the issues of knowledge competency and improve their knowledge performance through providing an optimized knowledge context.
