摘要
作为知识管理的重要组成部分,知识管理绩效评价旨在帮助企业找出影响绩效提高的关键因素并及时采取有效措施,提高知识管理水平。从市场营销能力、信息管理水平、学习型组织成熟度和知识的存量水平等4个角度,分析了评价企业知识管理绩效水平应考虑的主要因素,建立了关于企业知识管理绩效评价指标体系。在此基础上,提出了运用D-S证据推理方法,对企业知识管理绩效水平进行评价,并给出了证据推理的算法步骤。算例分析表明,利用D-S证据推理方法对企业知识管理绩效进行评价具有一定的有效性和应用价值。
As an important part of knowledge management(KM),the KM performance evaluation tries to find out the key factors restraining the enhancement of the enterprises' performance. In this paper,some primary factors of the performance of enterprises KM are analyzed and an index system of KM performance is established by considering some aspects,such as marketing capability,information management,maturity degree of the learning organizations,and knowledge stocks. An evidence reasoning method and the arithmetic steps for evidence reasoning are presented to evaluate the KM performance.The case analysis shows that the evidence reasoning method is efficient and practical for the KM performance evaluation.
