摘要
本文从PVA砂轮的磨料、粒度、气孔率、硬度、结合剂五个方面着手,分析了PVA砂轮生产时,磨料种类、砂轮粒度、搅拌、醛化度、聚合度、醇解度等各种大小因素对抛光不锈钢管用PVA砂轮的耐磨性的影响。磨料、粒度、砂结比、结合剂是影响PVA砂轮抛光不锈钢管耐磨性能的最直观的因素。生产过程中,搅拌、催化剂和添加剂对PVA砂轮耐磨性的影响较大。合适的砂结比在7:1和8:1之间。醛化温度在500℃和750℃之间。醛化时间在22-30h。搅拌时间在2m in左右。结合剂选用聚乙烯醇17-88。
When manufacturing PVA wheel for polishing stainless steel pipes,the kind of abrasives and their grit size,the bond,the ratio of abrasive/bond,the mixing and the aldolisation process,are very important factors upon the wear resistance of the wheels,It is concluded that,the optimal parameters are as follows:ratio of abrasive/bond 7:1~8:1;aldolisation temperature 500℃~750℃;aldolisation time 22~30h;mixing time 2min.The most suitable abrasive and bond are silicon carbide and poly vinyl alcohol 17~88.
