摘要
数控车坯技术在电瓷制造领域是较为先进的技术,但在实际应用中却经常出现尺寸不稳定现象,对车坯过程中坯件加工尺寸不稳的原因从电气、机械、工艺等方面进行分析研究,并结合实际提出相应解决方法。
The technology of digital controlled turning machine is the comparatively advanced one on the manufacturing field of voltage porcelain. But the unstable phenomenon of size is often presented in practical application. The reason has been analyzed from respects such as electric , machinery , craft ,etc. And the corresponding solution has been proposed on the basis of practice.
