摘要
提出了一种用便于携带的软材质进行称重测量的方法,初步研究了这种软质材料构成的电容的称重传感机理。电路中用多谐振荡器将电容信号转换为频率信号,后用CPLD芯片测量与重量成比例的频率信号,将测量结果存储在51芯片中,最后通过串口送上位机进行显示。
The method of weighing by using soft material which is easy to carry is presented in the paper.The weighing sensing mechanism of the capacitive made by this material is studied.In the circuit,the signal's form is conversed form capacitance to frequency by multivibrator,the frequency signal which is direct ratio to the weight is measured by CPLD chip later,and the result of the measurement is stored in 51 chip.In the end,data is transported to PC to display by serial interface.
