摘要 针对便携式实时心电监护的要求,提出基于GPRS技术远程心电监护系统整体解决方案构架,着重介绍监护终端设计思想与具体实现。用DSP芯片TMS5402完成心电数据的智能分析和数据压缩,采用最新的高级加密标准(AES)结合数字签名技术对患者病例、实时心电数据等敏感信息进行加密。目前该终端已经申请国家发明专利并获得批准,正准备产品化和临床测试。 According to the portable and real-time demand of ECG monitor,an integrative architecture of remote ECG monitor system based on GPRS was provided in this paper.Security design and implementation details of the portable monitor terminal were especially introduced.DSP chip TMS5402 was used to implement ECG intelligent analysis and data compression.An algorithm based on AES and digital signature was designed to encrypt patient medical record and real-time ECG data.Now invention patent application of the terminal has been approved and manufacture and clinic test plans were scheduled.
