摘要 S.R.K.Morikawa等人提出了基于光纤光栅的测量空间三维加速度的方法[1],基于该系统的传感头,本文理论上分析了三维空间加速度测量的数学模型,推导了三维加速度在某一轴上的分量和质量块在该方向的位移之间的关系和质量块在该方向的位移与该方向上的两个光纤光栅中心波长变化的差值之间的关系。证明了传感头的横向效应和温度对测量的影响均很小,可以忽略。 A method of measuring triaxial acceleration have been presented by S.R.K.Morikawa et al.Based on the sensor,the mathematical model of the triaxial accelerometer is analyzed in theory,Moreover,the relation between a certain axis direction acceleration and the displacement of the mass in the same direction,and between the displacement of the mass in a certain axis direction and the reflected wavelength of the two sensing FBG in the same direction is derived.Furthermore,the cross-axis sensitivity of the sensor and the temperature affecting of the measurement so little that they can be neglected.
