摘要 本文提出一种针对锂离子电池检测和化成过程的新型智能化系统。该系统着眼于解决传统检测和化成方法的低效率和高误差率,成功将锂离子电池的检测和化成两个独立系统合二为一,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性。本文介绍了该系统的结构原理图,硬软件部分组成,实践证明能够在实际应用中大大提高化成的效率和分选的一致性。 This paper presents an intellective machine in allusion to the problem that dissolving and sorting equipment for lithium battery.It is successful to make dissolving and sorting battery together.The control and data processing in the process of the charging and discharging of lithium batteries through communication between industry computer and multiple single chips based on visual basic 6.The system structure charts is given in this paper.It can improve dissolving efficiency and selecting consistency in practice use.
