Test system of test platform for rock drilling machine based on virtual instrument technology

虚拟仪器开发工具LabVIEW功能强大,易学易用,将它用于仪器和设备的控制,可以提高开发效率。本文简要介绍了凿岩机试验台的工作原理和基本构成,重点介绍了主从式测试系统的硬件设计,详细介绍了如何应用LabVIEW实现主机与从机的串口通讯。所设计的凿岩机试验台完全满足工程要求,并获得推广。

LabVIEW is a powerful development tool for Virtual Instrument which is not only easy to learn and use but also high efficiency in developing work.This paper first briefly introduces the working principle and a basic structure of the test platform for rock drilling machine,then gives the emphasis to discuss the hardware design of the master-slave test system of machine,and finally presents a method to realize serial communication between master and slave computer with LabVIEW.Consequently,the test platform designed for the rock drilling machine can meets the engineering requirements and is widely used.
