摘要
本文针对工业上使用的红外热像系统精度低、高量程需要扩展、视场较大、价格昂贵等缺点,结合比色测温原理,设计了一套在线式小视场大量程高精度红外热像系统,并对测温系统的结构进行了详细描述,对滤光片的选择算法进行了阐述。
Most industrial thermographics have many disadvantages,such as low performance, large eyeshot,small measurement range,and high price.An on-line,small-eyeshot,large-measurement-range,and high performance thermographic system was developed based on colorimetric technique.The structure of the system is explained in detail.The selection method of the optical filter wavelengths is illuminated.
